- The Rules
- We strive to bring you a Social where all feel free to pursue our lifestyle in a
friendly, safe, discreet and secure environment.
- We have drawn up a set of rules for all 4-C functions and ask for your cooperation in
abiding by them for the sake of everyone attending.

- 1) COURTESY
- Treat everyone like you want to be treated. With respect, dignity and courtesy.

- 2) PRESSURE
- Everyone should feel comfortable and at ease. It is important that people not feel any
pressure in a social situation to interact, dance or whatever. NO
PRESSURE ALLOWED!

- 3) NO MEANS NO
- If you ask someone to dance, for a phone number, to a party... and they say NO, then you
are expected not to ask again. If they change their minds they will come to you. See
rule number 2.

- 4) NO DRUNKEN BEHAVIOR
- If you become drunk and/or too rowdy you will be asked to leave.

- 5) ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS
- There are no drugs ever involved in any 4-C event. Anyone even suspected of having drugs
on them will be asked to leave and banned from all 4-C functions.

- 6) NO CAMERAS ALLOWED IN THE DANCE

- 7) TOUCHING
- Many couples enjoy hugging; kissing and showing affection. We strictly abide by the
Louisiana Penal Code regarding lewdness and obscenity laws:
- "A Person commits an offense if he knowingly engages in any of the following acts
in a public place or if not in a public place, he is reckless about whether another is
present who will be
- offended or alarmed by his act."
- R.S. 14:106 OBSCENITY: A crime of obscenity is the intentional exposure of the genitals,
pubic hair, anus, vulva, or female breast nipples in any public place or place open to the
public view, with the intent of arousing sexual desire or which appeals to prurient
interest or is patently offensive.
- Please remember that we are an off-premise club hosting dance
socials in a public hotel. When wearing costumes that expose more than what you wear in
public, you must have a cover up on before leaving or while entering the ballroom.
Restrooms are located outside the ballroom in the hallways. Also, there is NEVER
ANY NUDITY, OR SEXUAL ACTIVITY, OF ANY KIND, ALLOWED. What you do in your room is
your business, but what you do in the ballroom and public areas of the hotel becomes all
our business. Have fun, but be discreet. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF NOT!

- What you do in public domain while attending a 4-C function reflects upon us all and can
jeopardize everyone's sense of security.The above rules ensure the enjoyment of everyone
attending 4-C events. Our Host Couples and
- Subscribers will monitor and enforce these rules.Blatant disregard for any rule will
result in being banned from ALL 4-C functions.
